Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced sales professional based in Poland to conduct outbound cold calling campaigns targeting US businesses. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions while leveraging your sales expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential US clients in the enterprise/mid-market space
  • Clearly explain our IAM/SailPoint solutions and value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and schedule demonstrations with our technical team
  • Document all prospect interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and booked meetings
  • Provide insights on market feedback and potential improvements to our sales approach

Requirements

  • Located in Poland with excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling/outbound sales (minimum 2+ years)
  • Experience selling technical solutions, preferably in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise software
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts (SailPoint knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiarity with US business culture and communication styles
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting targets
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Available during US business hours (at least partial overlap)

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in selling to US cybersecurity or IT departments
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.) as they relate to access management
  • Experience in a startup or growing company environment
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate (please include your rate expectations)
  • Performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets

Contract Details

  • Part-time to start (20-30 hours/week) with potential to expand
  • Initial 3-month contract with extension opportunities based on performance
  • Remote work with regular virtual check-ins
